SHIPPING

While I try to get orders out as soon as I am able, purchases may take up to two weeks to ship. Currently I try to do postage runs on Mondays and Fridays.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

Yes! Though I am based in Australia, I also ship internationally. Please make sure the address you provide is reliable for accepting parcels.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes relevant to their country and I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

EXPRESS POSTAGE

Postage is by standard shipping only.

GIFT WRAPPING AND PERSONALISED MESSAGES

I do not offer these services.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I do not accept returns or exchanges, however please let me know if you have any concerns upon arrival of your item.

PACKAGING

I try to keep my packaging eco friendly where I am able. If there is any bubble wrap protecting your order it is because it is being recycled from other packages.

CARE AND GENERAL INFO

I use food safe glazes on the interior of all drinking or eating vessels. All kitchenware is microwave and dishwasher safe, though some glaze colours may vary slightly over time. Hand-washing prior to use is recommended.

ITEM VARIATION

Each of these artworks are individually created and will vary in size, glaze pattern and shape. Photos are a close indication of how your item will look and all sizing’s are an approximation.

Additionally, items often have minor aberrations, chips or marks, particularly on the bases due to glaze drips or where the item has stuck. Any significant issues will be noted and the item marked down.

CUSTOM/WHOLESALE ORDERS

I do not accept custom orders, holds or pre orders at this time.

Prices are based on the time and effort involved to create each handmade item and take into consideration the level of detail, method used, time, materials and size.
